WHAT TERPENES ARE IN SLEEP?

  • Myrcene, present in mangoes, lemongrass, and hops, interacts with the blood-brain barrier, potentially enhancing effectiveness. It may also aid in muscle relaxation and comfort.
  • Linalool, identified in more than 200 plant species and notably responsible for lavender's unique scent and flavor, is commonly used as a sleep aid and could assist in stress and anxiety reduction.
  • Terpinolene, found in apples, sage, and cypress, might be beneficial for anxiety and insomnia.
